国道248線に大きく開かれたショールーム。メーカーロゴサインがシンボリックに設置される。

The showroom opens wide on National Route 248. The manufacturer's logo sign is symbolically installed.

建物全景。約100m近い接道長さを活かした配置計画がなされている。

Overall view of the building. The layout plan takes advantage of the approximately 100-meter-long tangent road.

ロングスパンのキャノピーによる軒下は、店舗内部と一体性のある空間として計画された。

Under the Long-span canopy eaves is space with a sense of unity with the interior of the store.

お客様駐車場からの動線と視認性を重視して設けられたメインエントランス。

The main entrance is designed for easy flow and visibility from the customer parking lot.

ショールームの中央に設けられたニッサンドライブによってショウアップされる展示車両。

The vehicle on display is illuminated by the “Nissan Drive” in the center of the showroom.

約500㎡の広さを確保したショールーム内部。お客様の動きを把握しやすいレイアウトとしている。

It has an approximately 500 square meters inside the showroom. The layout makes it easy to grasp the movement of customers.

国道側のガラスファサードに向けて整然と配置された展示車両。

The display vehicles are neatly arranged toward the glass facade on the national roadside.

三河日産岡崎中央店【愛知県岡崎市】

愛知県岡崎市に計画された日産自動車のショールームです。
敷地の長手方向は国道248号線に約100m接道しており、この恵まれた敷地条件を活かすべく水平ラインを強調した視認性の高いディーラー店舗を計画しました。
外観デザインは店舗内を一望可能な連続するガラス面、メーカーロゴが象徴的に設置されるシルバーのファサードサイン、テーパーの小口処理を施したキャノピー庇が連続する構成としています。キャノピー軒下には店舗アプローチの他、急速充電器を備えたお客様駐車場や屋外車両展示スペースが設けられ、ショールーム内部と一体感のある外部空間が意図されました。整備工場は8ベイを確保し、車検検査の他、洗車から仕上げ作業をワンストップで行えるバックヤードとして整備されました。
NRC（NISSANRETAIL CONCEPT）に則り、新たな店舗として地域にブランドイメージを発信する場が完成しました。

This project is for a Nissan Motor showroom in Okazaki, Aichi.
The longitudinal direction of the site borders the national highway for approximately 100 meters.
We planned a high-visibility dealership store with horizontal lines to take advantage of this great location.The exterior composition of glass windows overlooking the entire store inside, a silver facade sign with a symbolic manufacturer's logo, and a tapered canopy eave are a continuum. Under the canopy eaves, in addition to the approach to the store, a customer parking lot with quick chargers and an outdoor vehicle display space was provided. And an exterior space with a sense of unity with the showroom was intended.The maintenance shop has eight bays and can perform vehicle inspections and provide a one-stop shop for everything from car washing to finishing work.
By NRC (NISSAN RETAIL CONCEPT), the new store is a place to transmit the brand image to the community.
