北海道千歳市に位置するJネットレンタカーの新店舗の計画です。
新千歳空港付近のレンタカー店舗は、その需要の高さからどれも広大な敷地に計画されており、本計画も約10,000㎡の矩形の敷地が選定されました。
北海道を旅するスタートでありゴールとなる、ゲートのような建築を目指し、店舗棟には広大な敷地に呼応するような1枚の大屋根を設けました。その軒下で来店・出発・帰着といった全てのオペレーションがスムーズに行えるよう、動線計画がコントロールされています。
受付等を行う接客スペースは、空港のロビーのような設えとし、旅行の始まり又は終わりを想起させます。店舗内装はダークグレーを基調とし、落ち着いた雰囲気としながら、出発・帰着、それぞれにスペースの異なる差し色のソファを配置し、空間に鮮やかさを加えました。
敷地内にはモータープールや洗車棟、給油施設などを併設し、充実したレンタカー店舗が完成しました。

The plan is for a new J-Net Rent-A-Car location in Chitose City, Hokkaido.
Due to the high demand for car rental stores near New Chitose Airport, they are all built on large sites, and a rectangular site of approximately 10,000㎡ was also selected for this project.
Aiming to create a gate-like structure that would be both the start and the goal of a journey through Hokkaido, the store building has a large roof that echoes the vast site.
We planned the flow line so that all operations of coming, departing, and returning customers would run smoothly under the eaves of that eave.
The reception area is designed to resemble an airport lobby, evoking the beginning or end of a trip. The interior is based on dark gray, creating a calm atmosphere, while sofas in different colors are placed in departure and return areas, each with a different space, adding vibrancy to the space. In addition, a motor pool, car wash building, and fueling facilities have been added to the site to create a fully equipped car rental store.
