北広島インターチェンジからアウトレットモールに向かう道沿いに計画した、展示台数100台以上、整備ベイ5台を備えた大型の中古車店舗です。
展示車両台数を確保するために、前面道路から引きを取りつつも、道路に面して横幅のある敷地を生かして、建物に存在感を持たせました。来客されたお客様が入口に迷わないよう、エントランス部分にフレームを設置、素材の色と照明の色温度で整備部分と店舗部分を明確化することで、視覚的に店舗へ誘導できる計画としています。
内装は無彩色をベースとし空間の下地をつくり、家具やアクセントウォールで色を持たせることで、落ち着きは残しつつも緊張しすぎない空間を目指しました。

This project is a used car dealership located on the route from the Kitahiroshima Interchange to the outlet mall.
The client requires space for over 100 display vehicles and five service bays. First, we created a large setback from the road to ensure sufficient space for the vehicles on display. To prevent the overall atmosphere from feeling stretched out, we took advantage of the wide site and added definition to the building, giving it a strong presence. Building on this defined presence, we further enhanced customer flow by installing the light frame at the entrance. This feature visually guides customers to enter smoothly, clearly marking the entrance through the contrast in material color and temperature.
We unified the interior with a neutral color scheme to create a calming space, then added accents through furniture and wall colors to prevent monotony.
