【北海道北広島市】

大型商業施設に近く交通量の多い道路に面したMINIのショールームの計画。
MINIの店舗イメージとなる黒いボリュームに黒いフレームの構成を最大限引き立たせるため、外壁材の規格に合わせたボリュームの調整、そこから導かれたボリュームに対しての比率でフレームとガラスサイズを決定し、素材感と黒色の明度調整・光沢調整を行いました。
内部はサスティナブルな素材を採用し、優しさを感じ取れる色合いで構成されています。バックヤードにあたる部分は開口部を最小限に抑え、交通量や外部からの目線や冬季の寒さに考慮、整備部分は屋内通路式にすることで、作業スタッフが快適に作業でき、降雪時でも安全に車両を保管できるスペースを設けました。

The striking black volume frames and glass dimensions are optimized to reinforce MINI's brand presence. Inside, sustainable materials and thoughtful color choices create a welcoming and eco-friendly environment for customers.
The backroom, with minimal openings, enhances staff comfort by offering insulation during winter and privacy. The maintenance facility's indoor pathway system enables secure vehicle storage and a more comfortable workspace during snowy conditions.
