南側は車の往来が多く、騒音やセキュリティに対する懸念に応える為に、あえて南面は閉ざし、ボックス形状の外観を基調としています。
内部はヨーロッパ産のアンティークレンガを敷き詰めた中庭から、採光や通風を確保するプランとし、柔らかい光と視界の広がりをもたらします。2階のバルコニーテラスには眺望を切り取った開口を設け、内部に天然素材を用い、生活にぬくもりと変化を与え、使い込むほどに愛着の持てる空間を実現しています。
中庭にあるカフェのような家をテーマにオーナー様の拘りを設計に活かしつつ、各専門職の技術者たちと共に丁寧に、しっかりと創り込んだ「世界中で一邸」の住まいを是非体感して頂き、皆様の住まいづくりの参考にして頂ければと思っています。

It is a courtyard house built in a quiet residential area with abundant greenery.

There is a lot of traffic on the south side, and in order to respond to concerns about noise and security, the south side is intentionally closed and the appearance is based on a box shape.
The interior is a courtyard lined with antique bricks from Europe, with a plan to ensure daylighting and ventilation, bringing soft light and a wide field of view.The balcony terrace on the 2nd floor has an opening with a cut-out view, and natural materials are used inside to give warmth and change to life and realize a space that you can attach to.
The owner's insistence is utilized in the design with the theme of a house like a cafe in the courtyard.
