住宅に囲まれた立地に於いて、独特の空気感を醸す建物を目指しました。

We aimed to create a building with a unique atmosphere in a location surrounded by houses.

ガレージと一体となった住居は道路からセットバックして配置され、敷地に奥行き感を与えます。

The dwelling integrated with the garage is set back from the road and is placed to give a sense of depth to the site.

ライトアップされた玄関のガラススクリーンと曲線を描く特徴的なアプローチ階段。

木造用サッシを用いながら、ファサードに個性を与えるランダムなガラススクリーン。

A random glass screen that gives the facade its own personality while using a wooden sash.

北側の柔らかな光に演出された、天井の高いエントランス空間。

【愛知県名古屋市Ｙ邸】

名古屋市内、都市公園や大学に囲まれた閑静な敷地に計画された住宅です。

鉄筋コンクリート造のガレージ棟と、敷地の高低差を残した高い地盤に建てられた木造2階建の住宅棟が設けられました。
複数のサッシをランダムに組み合わせた建物正面のガラススクリーンは天井高さ6.5mのエントランスを独特の空間に演出しています。LDKは外周からのプライバシーと採光を考慮した結果、東面からの採光を主とし、水盤を持つ庭と一体感を持つ空間としました。素材感は、チークの木質・アイボリーの壁・スチールやクオーツ材のブラックを慎重に配置し、単なるシンプルモダンとは一線を画す上品なバランスで組成されています。

It is a house planned on a quiet site surrounded by city parks and universities.

A reinforced concrete garage building and a two-story wooden residential building built on high ground with the height difference of the site left were set up.
The front of the building, which is a random combination of sashes, creates a unique space with an entrance with a ceiling height of 6.5m.As a result of considering privacy and daylighting from the outer circumference, LDK has created a space that has a sense of unity with the garden with a basin, mainly with daylighting from the east side.The texture is composed of an elegant balance that sets it apart from simple modern.
